Before opening a support ticket
To help us respond faster, always include:- The
request_idfrom the error response (fielderror.request_id) - The endpoint called and the HTTP method used
- The request body (without tokens or secrets)
- The HTTP status received and the full response body
- The approximate time of occurrence (with timezone)

Errors with status
500 are considered critical. Include the request_id to speed up the
investigation.
